It looks like Brody doesn’t have a problem with having a girlfriend, he just didn’t want Lauren to be his girlfriend. It’s the worst realization to realize that your loved one may not have a problem with getting serious, they just don’t want to be serious with you. Ouch, sorry Lauren, we’ve all been there.
